Overview
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- The product should not show any signs of damage or use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized or personalized jewellery (e.g., name pendants, engraved items)
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during sale/discount offers
- Gift cards or digital products
Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
To request an exchange, email us at:
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit
- If not, refund will be issued to the original buyer
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
